Though it's a pretty elaborate assumption (ooh, big words) that I have a higher energy level than everyone else here, I think anyone who uses energy manipulation will usually have a higher-than-usual energy level. That could include a lot of people at this board.
But geez if you can do a sheild like that just warming up, you should get more into the subject (if ya feel like it). I learned how to heal while I was practicing energy balls, and when I got bored with energy balls I started to improve my healing skills (it's really handy).
