I am rather new to this board and I believe there are some very smart insightful people here. They seem to care about helping each other out so I am sure I wont be the only one to respond. We probly all have part of the answer you seek so stay calm and meditate all of it. The total answer probly wont come to you over night but your seeking will start it to flow and as the years pass more and more will be added to you.The realm of the spirit can be very exciting, confusing, scary, and freeing. This must be balanced and can be if you know what you are dealing with. Again you will find difrent opinions on this so understand this is mine and others will give you thiers and it will be for you to decide what to belive. alot will come with exsperimenting and practice.These realms were created by God so they are set by His laws. People have difrent termanolidgy for this but it all boils down to the same thing. The law of gravity for example is one of the laws that the earth follows. It can only be over turned by the law of lift and thrust. We see this in airplanes and Darkartist is trying this in his body.He will do it once he masters the law of lift and thrust. It is a matter of knowing the laws and then practicing them. In the matter of the earth energies afecting you in your body you might want to learn shielding to force the energies to balance out around you. The entities you are seeing and hearing I would take a wild guess and believe they are both good and evil. This will be tuff to distinguish between because many lying spirits can manipulate the realm of collected thought and can be very convincing in what they project to you. The Word of God says to call on the name of the Lord and you will be saved. I have found this to be true in every dificult situation I find myself in dealing with both realms and much deseption on both realms have been inlightend to me because I acted on this law. Yes calling on the name of the Lord is one of the laws I was talking about. Try these things for yourself. It is only a small thing but you need to start out small. Call on the Name Lord Jesus and build those shields (note lying spirits can claim the name Jesus so it is important to use the word Lord before invoking His name). Again this group will no doubt have things to add so ponder them and know we are there for you. My own prayers will I send forth to help shield you untill you can concour these things. One final thing...the Word says Jesus is not the author of confusion but yather the author and finisher of our faith(energy)---Queenetta
