When did all this start? Where do you live not asking for adress or location but do you live near under ground river? What about house? does living in this place coincide with when this all started with you? Are you near or over a grave yard? You may be over a vortice and not realise it. A lardge vortice could be why the enities are in great number right there. Learn history of place and nieghborhood as well as geographics. Under ground rivers are very powerful especially when you are already sensitive. Let me know what you come up with. The best advice I ever got when learning to deal with the spirit realm was to get rid of all fear, and that when the hair on your kneck rises and goose bumps form on your flesh it is only because the natural has come in contact with the supernatural and can't help but respond. I had always asociated this with fear but now I know it has nothing to do with fear and I can opporate much easyer in the spirit realm. Once you get rid of fear you will be surprised at what you can controll.
