Ok, here is a good tip I found browsing the internet one day.. Sit and just stare at your hand and say with your heart and believe , you can have your eyes open or closed, that you your hand is no longer there, when you are convinced that it is no longer there then try to move your fingers you shouldn't be able to move them. Then look at your hand still in the state of mind that your hand isn't there. Ok, you can imagine it getting warmer , or you can imagine it getting cooler and it should follow your directions. Now, comes the easy part, after you practice this exercise for a couple of weeks try to seperate your hand so to speak and merge it with another inanimate object. you can feel what the object feels but when you are done with the object your presence still affects the object... Neat huh. I've had a helium balloon stay in one spot while it was in the air with this exercise... I've also popped a helium balloon with this exercise.. That wasn't hard because when you heat helium up it expands and it exerts more pressure on the inside of the balloon so I heated it up til it popped. That scared me too because I had my eyes closed. LOL>.. There is the creme feeling in the nutshell.. But here is the worm. It's really hard to convince yourself that your hand isn't there so just practice my friend and you will succeed in the end.
