When I first started this, I had no Idea how it was supposed to work. the Idea is just to let it flow...I didnt understand it, and somehow I created the strongest PsiBall I've ever made just about... Now I can make ones of equal strength, but it took me week to get it back. Don't force it. Let it flow. Energy manipulation, in my opinion, is just like moving your arm. All humans are born with the inate ability to control it. God created this ability for us, so we arent just animals. I'm now at the point where I can simply think what I want the nergy to do. BAM it does it. Eventually, it's been my experience that you'll begin seeing the energy with your regular eyes...it's quite fascinating.
