I don't know if this is the way they did it ... but... if you make index.html forward you to the main page with no delay, then when you go back to index, you'll get pushed back into the main one. My strategy is to hit back twice... it works for IE but I don't know about Netscape... or you can just hit that down arrow and select the page you want to go back to. Internet magick!
