I would like any input you might have on how I may find/contact my Spirit Guide/Animal Guide. I am also interested in Astral Projection (aka Soul Travel) any info you could provide on that topic would be GREAT! I just seem to have trouble "letting go" when I have attempted projecting in the past. I have been told that Spirit Guides can aid me in my attempts but have not been given any more info than that.
