I,ve approached healing in a round about way, starting with Self-hypnosis, Subconcious power, Creative visualization and now "spiritual" (mental) healing. I would like to proclaim that every aspect of alternative medicine is effective only because of the recipients mind set and beliefs. I personally believe that every disease can be cured through a change in mind set. Have you any comments? Afterthough: I think that a couple of good books on healing are (Quantum Healing by Dr Deepak Chopra and Alternative Healing by Dr Michael Dixon which will be published in October.) They entertain the scientific side to healing which the sceptics love to critisize and beginners should understand.
