...light a candle, calm your mind. ...imagine being surrounded by the universal love energy of the cosmos. Recognize yourself as being a part of that energy, and allow it to wash through you, washing away the negative influences that can cause (or feed) pain, illness, depression, ..anything negative in, and immediately around you.

...Now, imagine a funnel with the small end in your chest area (heart chakra), by the solar plexus.

Allow (imagine) universal love (energy) to pour into that funnel, super charging you with God's love (i.e. Pure Positive Energy!).

Now, put your hands in front of you, palms facing each other, but about one foot (30 cm) apart. It sometimes helps to think of it as holding an invisible shoe box.

Allow all the love energy to flow from your chest into one of your arms, across the gap between your hands, and then flow up the other arm, into the chest, where it can join, fortify, enhance, and increase the energy there. This 'supercharged love' is then sent out again, to further fortify the positive energy field you hold between your hands.

This space between your hands, which holds the 'healing energy of God', can be used to heal another person by a breaking up and eliminating the negative energy (illness) within that other person.

The patient in this experiment, should try to sit in a relaxed posture, and simply calm themselves through regular breathing or any other meditation technique they find comfortable. You as the healer can then open the top chakra in the head and allow negative energy from the body to flow out of that opening. (Simply speaking), this is done by passing your hands over the body (one hand in front, the other in back), letting the positive energy flow through the body of the patient. The energy of your hands will break up any negative energy (illness or damage), and improve the speed of healing within the patient. ...In some cases, headaches, upset stomachs (cramps, etc.), can be cured in one sitting! ...Even when you're first practicing and learning to gather energy.
