There are mini chakras in the hand and feet. You probably just overloaded them with all the energy. You were probably lightheaded because there was energy in your forehead. You can take care of that by imagining the energy going from your head, down through your body, and out through your legs.
When you draw energy, even when you've acccomplished what you were going to do with the energy, some of it still remains inside of you, just like a pipe that's still moist from recently running water.
