sounds like you need to try and relax trying is an act in itself. while in this state thought is everything you must becarefull what you are telling yourself to do( theroy is we are our own universe what we think we become) just relax and see youreself somewhere familiar till it happens or forget it. walkin the path is much more simple than you think. good luck and remember this is only one answer for you hopefully you can see that what im saying is true
