Hayden,

You still hearing voices and seeing things? One question I have is...are you certain that the voices are actually coming from the shadows? The shadows might be there to disturb you, and the voices might be there to help. Its a possibility. If you have a terrible fear for the shadows, that says right there that they are no good and you need to get rid of them. About the electrical shock stuff....the shadows must be attracted to your newly developing psychic abilities. As the electricity is attracted to it, so may these entities that want to use you as their door.
