i can tell you how to project step by step.. follow me...step 1 think of a spot in space and time....step 2 think of not thinking of not being able to do this...it's a subconcious block regardless if you try not to you will..so you must push negative thinking with positive...if your thinking of failure just think of what if...and see what happens to your mentality...step 3 transport your spirit into an object in your room by transfering yur energy to it your thoughts...(a good way of doing this is not drinking water the whole day and before you sleep at night memorise the whole house andtake a teaspoon of salt and concentrate on that cup of delicious water...quenching your thirst but don't allow your physical to get up..)step 4 once you think of a parallel image transport your emotions to it so much to it you can't tell the difference who are you...know journey...your astro projecting...
