Okie dokie. First off, you might want to do a search on those keywords that I gave you on a search engine or something.

-The Frontal Lobes- The frontal lobes are where all of your heightened senses are located. This is also where your subconscious is, your deepened thoughts, and your psychic abilities. Also, through hypnosis, you are making use or accessing these frontal lobes...(where the "third eye" is located, in fact.) I advise not to use hypnotism to get the info you want though.

-Amygdala- The amygdala acts like a switch. You can turn it on and off. If you turn it on, you will know its on. You feel different and act different...no doubts, but positivity. You switch it on to allow your psychic abilities to be further used than just some dormant coincidence.

-Brain sync- Synchronizing the left and right brain hemispheres is also important. Being able to use both sides at the same time, and yet without force. (Example: Your left and right eyes see from TWO different perspectives, yet using both eyes, you only see one picture, correct?) Both hemispheres do different things. One controls emotions, the other reflex, your memory, etc.

Steps: 1) Able to flip the switch and turn on your Amigdala at will. 2) Sync your hemispheres after the amigdala switch. 3) Combine 1 and 2 to control your frontal lobes with your emotions and will power provided by the hemispheres...

1+2+3 = NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE.
