Good question. My knowledge comes from my inner self. That does not mean I just think up answers to your questions and saw their right. It is my connection with the One. If you want knowledge all you need to do is ask. It may come as a dream, as an experience, or even as a revelation or vision. Also telepathic communication. The first part of this knowledge, or the first step in obtaining knowledge, would be our Earthly books. Sometimes they are not a very good source of information because different writers have different perspectives on the subjects. The best way for knowledge is to look deep into yourself for it. You will find the answer in your connection with the One. Then you will think, "How do I know its not just me making things up?" or "How do I know I'm not just talking to myself?"...You will know because truth comes out in plain daylight for you to see. You may turn your back on it, but you will still see it. It will haunt you even if you try to neglect the truth. If you are just thinking to yourself, other ideas will come to mind that will surpass the one you just had. The truth sticks.
